Thank you Ms. Simone,

This is my first time visiting your “Blog,” and I will continue. I enjoyed all the articles, and I totally agree, esp. with the straightening of our hair. I am over 50, and for years, since age 15, I have had my hair processed with chemicals…..I can remember, my mother taking me to the salon….and learning later how they were overprocessing my hair….in the name of “straight.”

I truly wished I had learned at an earlier age, the damage of such chemicals & what it did to our hair, and now……trying to reverse it is a challenge. I have been natural since 2006, which I should have done sooner. I tell all the young girls now that relaxers are not the best thing for our hair due to thinning, etc. What will it take for us to LEARN…..for “we perish for lack of knowledge.”

Continue to do what you do…..and may God’s wisdom take you far & beyond your wildest dreams, and may He continue to prosper you the more and more…..a thousand times MORE!

Hi Teenie, it seems as if you are going through puberty. Getting acne during this stage is pretty typical. However, you can cut down on sweets, candy bar, juices and soda and drink more water. Drinking Water is one of the best ways of combating acne. There are products on my website that will also help with acne problems. Here is a link to beauty coliseum.com for acne products. Regards

Actually cake soap doesn’t work well to clear skin. I will be putting a video on the next blog. However to achieve clear skin this Retinol Renewal Serum is good. This can take you 2 shades lighter naturally. Here is the link. <a href="http://www.beautycoliseum.com/622/retinol-renewal-serum
