Just read the Newsweek issue titled “The World’s Best countries”, where they study the top 100 countries of the word. Jamaica was ranked 47 on the list. There were some related articles around the feature. The one that caught my attention was “Secrets of the World Best schools”. As I read the article is seemed very familiar. I am sure it was one of the many studies the Jamaican government commissioned and then put on a shelf to “hold dust”. Does it sound familiar to you?
