Eliminate Dead Skin Cells

Allowing dead skin cells to accumulate on the face increases aging of the skin, To prevent this:

  • Use a natural based cleanser morning and night.
  • Use an exfoliating facial scrub 2 to 3 times a week
  • Always use a natural moisturizer for your skin type.
  • Your body responds better with full natural products instead of half natural or synthetic products.  Synthetic products ages the skin, while natural products slows the aging process.

Brushing your skin gently 3 to 4 times weekly with a natural bristle brush before taking a shower will help to exfoliate and prevent (keratosis pilaris), the build up of dead skin cells that covers the follicle opening and resembles thousands of tiny blackheads on your legs, calves, or buttocks.
