FOR the fourth straight year there will be no local camps for the members of the Jamaican team that will compete in a global International Associations of Athletics Federation (IAAF) track and field championships.
Trevor ‘TC’ Campbell, manager for the 17-member Jamaica team to the World Youth Championships in France July 6-10, told the Observer yesterday that the athletes would be left in the care of their respective coaches, but efforts are being made to leave the island early next week and join a regional camp in France.
