It’s the end of the year and many of you are making New Year’s resolutions. Here are some of the typical ones; Lose weight, give up a bad habit, drink less (or some cases more), become more organized, exercise more, spend more time with the family etc.
Based on most studies 78% to 92% of us are going to fail at these resolutions. That is a very high percentage. Years ago I fell in with the failures, until I stopped making resolutions. Change is very difficult especially when you try to prepare for it during the Christmas season. I think resolutions are best made in the middle of the year.
