FORMER national champion Rosemarie Whyte set a new meet record 51.47 seconds while winning the Women’s 400-metre event at the Uberlandia Grand Prix in Brazil on Wednesday.
Racing for the first time since placing second to Novlene Williams-Mills at the Jamaica National Jamaica International Invitational the former Holmwood Technical student beat two Americans to erase the previous meet record of 51.95 seconds set by Debbie Dunn of the USA two years ago. Read more >>
